Returns Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Include your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers must not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: up to 10 days

Exchanges
- Exchanges are not offered
If you need a different item, color, or design, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Partial Refunds
